Stuffed onions Recipe (भरवां प्याज)
- 250 grams onions (250 ग्राम प्याज)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (1/2 चम्मच हल्दी)
- 1 teaspoon mustard (1 चम्मच सरसों)
- 3 teaspoon roasted sesame powder (3 चम्मच भुना हुआ तिल का पाउडर)
- 1 teaspoon red chilly powder (1 चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder (2 चम्मच धनिया पाउडर)
- 1 teaspoon mango powder (1 चम्मच आम पाउडर)
- 4 tablespoons oil and salt to taste (4 बड़े चम्मच तेल और नमक स्वाद के लिए)

H ow to prepare Stuffed Onions Recipe :-
First you have to peel the onions and wash them thoroughly. then pat them dry, Now slit the onions right at the centre but ensure that you don’t cut them into two. Now next take a frying pan and pour 2 tablespoons of oil and bring to heat. Once it’s hot add the mustard seeds and let them crackle. now you have to add the roasted sesame powder, turmeric, red chilly powder, mango powder, coriander powder and salt. Simmer and you have to fry this for three minutes. After this masala cools down fill it into the onions. Now take another frying pan and pour the remaining oil and shallow fry these onions. Keep tossing them so that they don’t burn. you have to cook for three minutes and pour half a cup of water and cook till all the water evaporates. Serve after garnishing with shredded cheese.
