Preparation time : - 2 minutes Serves : - 3 HOW TO PREPARE: - Take a blender and add all the ingredients. Blend it till it becomes a fine paste. If it’s too thick you may have to add a little water. Ensure that the paste does not become watery. Transfer to a glass bowl and serve.

Grind it coarsely. Mint tends to give out a lot of water and so remove from the blender and squeeze out all the extra water. Now put in only the pudina pulp and add the sugar, garlic, green chillies, tamarind paste and salt to taste. Blend all these ingredients together till it makes a fine paste.
