Mixed vegetable Recipe or Mix Veg Sabzi

    Ingredients for Mixed vegetable Recipe: –

  • 200 grams carrot (200 ग्राम गाजर)
  • 200 grams beans (200 ग्राम सेम)
  • 200 grams cauliflower (200 ग्राम फूलगोभी)
  • 1 medium sized potato (1 मध्यम आकार के आलू)
  • 200grams peas 200grams (200 ग्राम मटर)
  • 200 grams pineapple (200 ग्राम अनन्नास)
  • 100 grams paneer(cottage cheese) (100 ग्राम पनीर )
  • 2 medium sized onions (2 मध्यम आकार के प्याज)
  • 3 green chillies ( 3 हरी मिर्च)
  • 1cm ginger (1 सेमी अदरक )
  • 3 garlic flakes (3 लहसुन गुच्छे)
  • 1 cup milk (1 कप दूध)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (1/2 चम्मच जीरा)
  • 1 big bay leaf (1 बड़ा बे पत्ती)
  • 1 small cinnamon stick (1 छोटा दालचीनी छड़ी)
  • 2 cloves, 2 cardamoms (2 लौंग, 2 इलायची)
  • 2 tablespoons cashew nut paste 2 (बड़े चम्मच काजू पेस्ट)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cream ( 1 चम्मच ताजा क्रीम)
  • 1/2 cup coriander (1/2 कप हरा धनिया)
  • 1 pinch turmeric ( 1 चुटकी हल्दी)
  • 1 pinch garam masala(hot spice mix) (1 चुटकी गरम मसाला )
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar (1/2 चम्मच चीनी)
  • 2 tablespoons ghee(clarified butter) and salt to taste (2 बड़े चम्मच घी (मक्खन) और नमक स्वाद के लिए)


How to prepare Mixed vegetable Recipe: –

Starts with Chopping,Finely chop the carrots, beans, cauliflower and coriander then cut the potato, pineapple and paneer (cottage cheese) into small cubes. now you have to put onions, green chillies, ginger, turmeric powder and garam masala (hot spice mix) into a blender and make a fine paste. Now take a pan and put the carrots, beans, cauliflower and potatoes in it. Pour in 1/2 cup milk. Now add the sugar and salt to taste. Let it boil and then cover and cook on a low flame for about 15 minutes. Take another pan and pour ghee and bring to heat. Once ghee is hot add the cumin seeds and let them turn golden brown. now the next add the cloves, cinnamon, cardamoms and bay leaf. Sauté till the aroma of the spices is in the air. Now you have to add the paste and stir till the oil leaves the sides of the pan. Put in the cashew paste and sauté for a minute. Pour in the remaining 1/2 cup of milk and add the vegetables including the pineapple cubes and cook. Stir well and bring to boil. When it is boiling you have to add the coriander and cottage cheese in it. you can add extra sugar and salt if needed. Cook for five minutes on a low flame, After 5 minutes remove from flame and mix the cream. your mixed vegetable Recipe or Mix Veg Sabzi is ready.
