<description>HOW TO PREPARE : - Cut the onion into thin long slices. Mince the green chillies and set it aside. Take a pan and pour the oil. Bring to heat and when it's nice and hot add the cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon, green chillies, pepper corns and saute briefly. Then put in the onions and saute till the raw smell leaves. Put in the peas, rice and mix it up well. Add the water and cover with a tight lid and cook till the rice is ready. Garnish with the grated cheese and serve hot.</description>
