<title>Rice Recipe: Dal rice</title>
<description>HOW TO PREPARE : - Soak the dal for at least an hour. Take a blender and add the onion (cut it into small pieces), cloves, cinnamon, coriander leaves, chillies, garlic and make a paste. Now take a frying pan and put the ghee and bring to heat. When its hot and is bubbling add the paste and saute till the raw smell leaves. This may take some time. Then add the salt and dal and stir well. Follow this with the rice. Saute for two minutes and then transfer this entire mix into a rice cooker. Pour three cups of water and cook till the rice is ready. Pour some ghee on the rice and serve hot.</description>
