Now take a frying pan and pour some oil and bring to heat, Once it’s hot add the cinnamon, bay leaves and black cardamom and fry till for a minute. Now you have to put sugar and sauté till it is like caramel. now add the onions, green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Sauté till the raw smell leaves,After that you have to put the rice and sauté for two minutes also. pour in 2 cups of water and bring it to boil. When the mixture begins boiling add the salt and cook till its 3/4 done. Steam cook it till it’s done. Now you can garnish your Healthy Brown Rice with chopped mint and serve.
