<p><strong>HOW TO PREPARE</strong>: &#8211; Slice the onion into small pieces and keep it aside. Now take a big pot and pour ½ liter water into it. Bring it to boil. When it is boiling add the noodles to it and then cook for three to five minutes. When the noodles are done remove from lame and drain all the water. Now take a frying pan and heat a little oil in it. When the oil is very hot add the onions and sauté till golden brown. Now add the ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, chilly powder, garam masala and fry briefly. Add the egg and scramble it till all the ingredients blend well with it. Pour in the tomato juice and cook for a minute. Sprinkle salt to taste and then add the noodles. Mix it all up and then remove from flame. Garnish with fried onions and serve.</p>

<p><strong>HOW TO PREPARE</strong> : &#8211; Take the mutton and put it in a big bowl. Now add the garam masala, ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander to it. Finely chop the tomato and the onion and add them also to the minced meat. Now mix them all up together, now make long rolls out of this mixture. It should look like a sausage. Cook them in a tandoor for ten minutes and serve with some mint chutney. If you don’t have a tandoor you can grill it for 12 to 15 minutes at 300F.</p>
