Egg curry with beans
Ingredients:- 3 eggs hard boiled, 1 medium sized onion, 250 grams French beans, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, ½ tablespoon red chilly powder, ½ teaspoon coriander seeds, ¼ teaspoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon oil and salt to taste.

HOW TO PREPARE:- Finely chop the onion and keep it aside. Take a frying pan and pour oil enough for deep frying. When the oil is very hot, deep fry the eggs till golden brown. Now cut it into two pieces and keep them aside. Cut the French beans into small pieces and boil in saline water for ten minutes. Take a frying pan and pour two tablespoons oil. When the oil is hot add the onions and sauté till golden brown. Then add the ginger garlic paste and all the other masala ingredients. Sprinkle salt to taste and sauté till the oil begins to leave the edges of the pan. Pour ¼ cup water and cook on a low flame till the gravy thickens. Put in the egg pieces and French beans and cook for another ten minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
