- 1 large beetroot (1 बड़ा चुकंदर)
- 2 small green chillies (2 छोटे हरी मिर्च)
- 1 pinch mustard (1 चुटकी सरसों)
- 1 pinch urad dal (1 चुटकी उड़द की दाल)
- 1 pinch turmeric (1 चुटकी हल्दी)
- 2 tablespoons oil (2 बड़े चम्मच तेल)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (1/4 कप कटा हुआ नारियल)
- 7-8 curry leaves and salt to taste (7-8 करी पत्ते और नमक स्वाद के लिए)

For Beetroot and coconut Recipe You have to peel the beetroot and grate it. Now take a frying pan and pour the oil. Bring to heat and add the urad dal in the oil, mustard, and curry leaves. Now you have to add the green chillies after slitting them in the middle. Stir well, once its golden brown you have to add the beetroot and turmeric in the mixture. you have to cook this for three to four minutes and then add the salt also. Stir well and keep it on a low flame for a minute. Add the coconut stir once and switch off the burner. it is ready now.
